Hi! I am Hayley & Here is a bit about me!
I started lashing 9 years ago, in 2016. I went to Esthetician School to learn Lash Extensions right out of high school. After 2 years of building up a clientele at my at home salon, I opened The Beauty Castle at 20 years old, by myself in 2018. I had no other artists working with me, so I started from scratch with just me & my clientele.
I quickly grew as the salon was different than anything else out there. We now 7 years later.. have Chicago's Largest Lash Salon, 1 Academy, and 12 artists. I have found my new passions in managing the salon & helping our artists grow and Teaching my students everything I've learned along the way. Teaching Lash Courses the past 6 years has been so fulfilling and I am so excited to now offer this advanced course to my amazing students.

I have been working on this Master Class for Years & I am so excited to share it with you guys!
9AM - 4PM
As soon as you sign up for The Master Course, you will be contacted by Hayley to go over the course & discuss all details, including our payment plan.
The beginning of the course will go over the manual & Hayley will show demos. Then we will put what you learned into practice on a mannequin. The 2nd day we will have a Live Model come in so all techniques can be put into action & watched by Hayley.
Introductions, We will get to know each other & talk a bit more about your goals as a Lash Artist. We will then jump into your lash manual, designed for our Master Students. Hayley will go over the manual topics in depth and make sure everything is understood. Each topic will be shown in a demo by Hayley & then practiced by the student on a mannequin. During theory & mannequin practice, we can discuss anything you need explained further & the student can ask as many questions as they want. We will then have lunch and finish the mannequins lashes.
Morning of Class Day 1
We will refresh all the information from Day 1 and warm up our lashing techniques. Then we will have lunch & after your Live Model will come in. We recommend bringing a friend, family member, ect, but we can also provide a model for you. During the live model, all the new techniques & topics we covered during theory will be put into action. Hayley will be present during the whole full set, helping you along the way. We will take before & after photos, Map the Clients Eyes, and Lash them to Perfection!
Day 2 of Class
After the model is completed, Hayley will check through the work & talk about anything that can be worked on and improved as you keep practicing! Once the model leaves, Hayley will make sure everything we learned & discussed in class is clear to the student and that there are no further questions. Once that is done, Certificates will be handed out! As well as, CEU Hour Certificates & your discount code to The Beauty Castle for 30% off all products. We will make sure we both have each other's contact info to stay in touch and make sure if the student has any additional questions or concerns, they can contact Hayley.

No, anyone can take this course. This course can be for beginners or experienced artists. The course will be designed to fit the needs of the individual student. This is a very intense and thorough course, it is recommended for artists who want to do lashes full time and make the commitment to practice all the techniques. Please make sure you check your states requirements for Licensure before signing up.
DO I NEED ANY QUALIFICATIONS?
Yes! We have payment plans available. Courses can be paid in as many payments as you choose. Initial deposit must be $250 and the course must be fully paid off 14 days before the first day of the in person class.
IS THERE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
At least one class will be posted per month.

WHEN DO YOU ACCEPT NEW STUDENTS?
Yes. There are no requirements for this course. We do recommend this course to students who are looking to be fully immersed into the lash industry as it is an accelerated course with a lot of information. If you are a beginner we will focus more on classic & volume technique and where you want to take your lash business. More advanced students will focus on specialized volume techniques, styling, business advancements, etc.
